We traveled with one senior dog and we had a ground floor room upon request which made our two-day stay much easier. No extra charge for one dog and free breakfast is always appreciated. 😀

Overall, this was a great place to stay for the price. Staff and breakfast were great. The carpet in the room was damp and smelled like they had just cleaned it and there were fruit flies in the room.

Clean rooms, breakfast was just okay we came down later than usual but still 2 hours before breakfast was to end and selections were very limited, very picked over and not restocked. Room sound proofing could have been better. Room next doors TV was easily heard thru wall at 2am.

Room was sufficient- bathroom ok- no exhaust fan when showering- great water pressure but tub drain couldn't keep up so pooled some but did drain ok after shower turned off. Shower current rod not secure in wall so curtain get sliding open. Room was quiet and conducive to good sleep. Breakfast was fairly decent with multiple options. Coffee was good.

The room was dirty. Beds not changed. Toilet had urine and poo on it. Asked for the room to be re-cleaned and sheets changed. Never happened. Told me I should change the sheets on my own with not enough sheets for both beds. Toilet was never cleaned. I had to clean it myself with antibacterial wipes. Horrible. Horrible experience ce.

Our exterior of our bathroom tub was visibly dirty with orange ooze. The floor lamp was unplugged next to the bed, which made so sense because there was no plug there unless it was behind the bed and inaccessible. Little things like this are avoidable inconveniences that become super annoying, especially when I'm unwell and traveling with a disabled elder. Staff at check-in and check-out were friendly, professional and helpful.

The closet smelled of odor. The hot water did not work. The main sink was clogged. I asked for help from the main receptionist at the front desk and they gave me an almost empty bottle of draino that did not work. I was told the manager would contact me about a partial refund the next day. 3 days later the manager messaged me that they could only give me credit to my Expedia account. As of today no refund and no information has been given still. I brought my girlfriend to Vermont and proposed to her so I paid 430 dollars for that single night stay. She was upset with the hotel and I’ll never use Expedia or stay at a Comfort Inn again. It’s sad that this is what hotels are now a days. Not worth anything above 100$ a night. By the way, the breakfast was terrible. Cheap trash food.
