Beautiful ocean views from the bedroom, the living room and the balcony. This pleasant retreat features 2 bedrooms with a king and queen beds, a tub, 2 bathrooms with shower amenities, and an additional living room space with a queen sofa bed. Remodeled in 2024, it is a light and bright unit on the 3rd floor with high ceilings, complex has an elevator and 2 designated underground parking spaces. Enjoy the serene atmosphere and modern comforts like AC, WiFi, 3 televisions with DirecTV, all new appliances and a full size washer and dryer in the unit. Full access to AC/heater all new windows and doors. Well stocked with beach towels, Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas, towels, sheets and all of your kitchen needs. Electronic key pad for easy access. We look forward to hosting you!

Please be sure any wet towels are left in the bathrooms or on top of the washer/dryer. Please wash and dry and return all beach towels. There are 6 in the unit.
