Clerk was friendly and helpful but being the only employee, had to wait for her to come to try fixing it. No soap or shampoo in either room. Our " Suite" was supposed to have a whirlpool tub, no tub. We stayed one night, left early next morning without the breakfast buffet that was advertised, there was next to nothing there as far as food. Didnt get a refund because we had booked through a 3rd party, Hotels.com Dealing with them is no better. They make it incredibly difficult to report an incident. "
