「The property was absolutely beautiful. Our stay was great, with one small exception. We arrived, followed directions given to us, the code worked. We unloaded our bags and groceries and a short time later, 2 families arrived. We were in the wrong house. We looked around and found the house in the back. I can't believe both houses had the same code. So we had to load everything up and move while these families stood outside waiting for us. It stated that these 2 houses would not rented to two...

I have no problem recommending this property to others coming to te Kerrville area. The ONLY thing that was awkward was the thermostat, but I found it and figured it out. Thanks, Clair!」

「We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation homes on VRBO.. even in the area… absolutely nothing compares. Everything in the home is thoughtfully curated for a much needed family vacation. The beds, linens and towels are lovely. The kitchens are perfect. The cookware and utensils aren’t cheap afterthoughts. The views are gorgeous. The landscaping is well done. The amenities, grounds and river access are excellent. It truly feels like an elevated and comforting version of home. The location is exceptional....

「We loved our stay! It was a family gathering spot for Thanksgiving...ages 2 to 73! Overall the home was welcoming and all of us enjoyed the hot tub. We could not take full advantage of all the goodies like bikes and fir pit due to weather but they both looked inviting. The few small issues we encountered were addressed quickly by Keri and did not really affect our trip negatively. Would definately stay again when needed! 」
