「Beautiful, cozy rental. Everything was super clean, and owner/management had thought of every detail a visitor might need. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year. We particularly enjoyed morning coffee sitting out on the nice back covered porch: comfy outdoor chairs and privacy of the pretty little backyard! Lovely quiet neighborhood!」

「Normally stay at a cabin at Garner SP, but due to road construction they weren't available, but so glad we found PeachTree cottage. Nice and quiet, set far enough off the road to feel secluded, but a very short drive to Lost Maples SP. Clean and had plenty of gear for cooking. Would definitely come back!」

「This home was perfect for the 4 of us! It was so clean and the owner's attention to the small details made our stay so comfortable. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog, and she even had a bowl of water waiting for her when we arrived. We will most definitely stay here again! 」

「This house was perfect for our stay! It was the perfect size for two. The house was clean and has wonderful modern appliances that worked great! The host was responsive to any questions or concerns we had (we encountered an injured baby deer that we wanted to make sure was safe and taken care of). I would absolutely recommend this to house to anyone staying in Kerrville! 」

「We had such a great stay twice. On our way to and from west TX. I love Kerrville and this did not disappoint. The property is immaculate, comfortable and beautiful. Plus, we got a stunning lightning bug show from the live oaks while we sat on the porch. The property has everything you need and is built exceptionally well. We stayed with our 6 month old daughter and had a wonderful time. This gorgeous cottage is now our go to place to stay when we stop in Kerrville. 」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. The house is lovely and the host is very accommodating. There is a very small airport runway near the house and my kids loved getting to watch a plane take off. 」

「We loved the fact that it was isolated away from everyone and everything and all we could hear was nature! We enjoyed the birds singing in the morning and the deer walking around us at night. The night skies are amazing with all the stars shining. We caught some rain which was perfect to watch from the wrap around porch. Only thing I’ll add is the cabin needed a full size refrigerator because I took frozen foods and they only provided a small size fridge.」

「This is a beautiful property. Great for a relaxing trip to the hill country. Centrally located to visit the river, Lost Maples, and also not far from Fredricksburg and the surrounding towns. The owner was communicative and gracious. Highly recommend this place.」
