"The hotel is very good overall, but there are a few details that could be improved. Our room was very spacious and had a separate living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, which was a great advantage. However, there were several marks on the walls, which made the room feel a little less well maintained than expected. The towels were excellent, though, and the hotel’s gym was also a highlight. It is very well equipped and open 24 hours, which is very convenient. The breakfast was good, but I think it could be better. There could be a wider selection of cheese, bread, and fresh fruit. One of the main negatives is the elevators. The building is quite large, but there are only two elevators, and they are frequently crowded. During peak hours, you often have to wait quite a while for an elevator. The location is definitely a strong point. The hotel is about a 5–10 minute walk from Earl’s Court Station, which makes getting around London very convenient, including traveling to and from the airport. It is also close to Earl’s Court Road, where you can find several restaurants and other options. Overall, I had a good stay and would consider staying here again, but improving the room maintenance, breakfast selection, and elevator situation would make the experience significantly better."

"A lovely hotel perfectly located in the christianhaven area just 5 min walk from the metro station. Easy to get to most tourist sites with a max 25 min walk and even quicker, max 15 mins via the metro system. Only thing we would have liked is a spa facility at the hotel for a leg massage after walking nearly 20,000 steps each day. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a good range on offer. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our time at the hotel."
