「We were a group of five with an advanced reservation for three nights but it seemed the team was not ready to welcome us - the soap at the basin was not filled enough. We ran out of it in a morning, so we approached the reception to request to refill it while we are out. I believe it was obvious we were going out, but the staff I spoke to tried to just pass the refill. I asked again to come in to our room during the day time and refill it but the clerk told me to stop by again when we were back....

「Staff and accommodations were top notch and very nice! 👍」

「Thoughtful touches including toiletries, coffee capsules and dishwasher tablets.」
