Maintenance staff was prompt to replace the malfunctioning mini-fridge. We wish the room had a microwave to reheat things. "The location is peaceful and serene in the cloud forest coffee belt, but also still very close and accessible to Kona and many locations. The rental is very clean and stocked with what you need, including lots of beach gear and a cooler. The laundry does come with a fee, however the price is extremely reasonable for a complete laundry service and host is very prompt in communication and completion of your laundry. This is a simple, affordable and family-friendly place that supports a local family."
