"Room is small. Bathroom really small and in bad shape. Towel racks falling off walls"

"The hotel was dirty. We checked in and went to our room. It was a non-smoking room however the hall smelled like smoke. Once in the room there was an overwhelming smell of urine. We checked out 10 minutes later and the hotel refuses to refund our stay, and the manager is never available to speak. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to lose money and want a hassle."

"Condo was dirty, bedside table door falling off, smoke alarm hanging from the ceiling, dryer vented into the bathroom, blinds were broken, was not allowed access to pool, spa, or hot tub. Upon arrival could not enter the property due to the wrong door code. I told the host the door code would not work, the message I received finally was, oh they changed the code. I have pictures of everything mentioned in this review. Also when I asked the host multiple times about the amenities I got no response. "
