MV70 - 2 Bedroom condo at Mariners SML

Welcome to Mariners Way, Unit 70!
Located at Mariners Village, inside of Mariners Landing Subdivision! This 2BR, 2BA, 1,230 SF Condo, has everything you need for your next stay at Smith Mountain Lake! This unit is located on the bottom floor of the building. To enter, you must go down a flight of stairs.
The primary bedroom offers a king size bed. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed as well as a twin over full size set of bunkbeds. Condo includes wi-fi and cable tv.
The Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. It's equipped with dishware, utensils, appliances, etc. Included in the kitchen: coffee, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and dishwasher pod.
All linens are included in the rental. You'll just need to bring your beach towels for the pools. We also provide some small toiletries for your convenience. There's a washer/dryer in the unit. Laundry detergent is not included.
There is a sleeper sofa in the living area. Living area also has seating for 5 and has a dining table that seats 6. Breakfast Bar with seating for 3. There's a fireplace for those chilly mornings/evenings in the fall and winter months.

Enjoy the views from the open-air patio or the screened in patio! The open-air patio has seating for 4 people. The screened in patio has seating for 2.

Stains, mildew, and nails

We have our boat at Mariner’s therefore we have stayed at many of the places there. This one was the worst one so far! Besides being located in the bottom floor we walked into a musty smelly condo. There are stains all over the carpet and sofas. The kitchen appliances were old and the oven was not clean on the inside. The pots and pans were greasy and dirty in the cupboards. To top it all off the carpet that end, right before the kitchen, had exposed nails and two of us hurt our feet on them. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the bunk beds made noises when slept on. Before leaving I turned on the dishwasher and it started leaking water. I wish I had one nice thing to say but can’t think of anything.

We were right near the dock to keep our Jetski and boat rentals nearby-- great time at SML
