"The view in the photo is from the house directly in front of the property listed, but non the less the beach just steps away. The home had everything we needed, and Bob the host was beyond accommodating in every way. This is an older home, but it had so much character and history in it. The news articles from the time in history the house was built on the wall were neat to read. We were in town for soccer so we didn’t spend as much time as we would have liked at the beach but we loved coming in at night and playing with the mini Nintendo, and just spending time with each other. We are a family of 6 and had plenty of space and bathrooms. We did wish we could access the plunge pool a bit later than 9 as we did not get in until later most nights, but that did not make or break our experience. We would recommend staying here to friends and family. "

"Our end unit was excellent! Super, sparkling clean right down to the corners. Beautiful view and stunning sunsets. The full kitchen with modern appliances made it easy to make meals and reheat restaurant leftovers. The unit is larger than most apartments (the hallway is exceptionally long). The bed was heavenly. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will be back!"

"Upon check-in I was upgraded to a first floor room with direct access to the beach. The room had been fully renovated following the devastating hurricanes of 2025. As such, the room looked fresh. We ate at Sloppy Joe's which is a hotel restaurant on premises and watched the sunset each day. Very enjoyable visit."

"This place was exactly as pictured and perfect for our family of five, including three teens. It was much more spacious than we expected, very clean, and—aside from the pull-out couch—the beds were extremely comfortable. Laundry facilities were conveniently located just outside the condo on the same floor for a small fee. The location couldn’t be better: right by the beach with great shell collecting, plenty of walking, and close enough to walk to John’s Pass. We enjoyed meals at DeLosa’s Pizza and Caddy’s, and playing putt-putt at Smugglers Cove was a highlight—one of the best courses we’ve played in a long time, though it would be challenging for anyone with mobility issues due to the stairs. If I had to offer one critique, the living area and deck only had seating for four rather than five or six. Overall, we highly recommend this place and would happily stay again."

"Room was very clean. Recently remodeled. Perfect location. 15 minute walking distance from Johns Pass and a minute walk out to the beach. "

"Beautiful house inside and out. Newly renovated and beautifully decorated. There're 3 individual units in this house with marked parking spaces. Good for privacy as well as gathering. Comfy beds and sofa, nice gas grill ready in the backyard.Conveniently located, just steps away from the sandy beach and 10 minutes walk to John's Pass Village for shopping, dining and water sports. Nice hosts, always responded quickly to questions and inquiries. We are two families traveling together and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house."
