「Ideal location for our family visiting for the holidays. This was our second stay. It was very clean with nice touches like water and snacks. Internet functioned well. Play space was great for the little ones. First floor "owner's suite" was an ideal sanctuary for a little more peace and quiet when needed.」

「At Vivian's guest house you have everything you need provided for you. The house is warm and cozy. They have a little kids nook under the stairs with toys and books.Love the farmhouse decor and Katie the host was fabulous. I would highly recommend Vivian's. 「We had a marvelous time hiking in Mohican State Park and visiting with our friends in this pretty and perfectly comfortable home. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. It must be very newly renovated. We cooked our meals here and had all the cookware and dishes needed. The beds and bedding were warm and comfortable.」
