Riverfront Vacation Home has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms located on one full acre on the Wally Road Scenic Byway. Back yard features private stone beach on the Mohican River, perfect for launching/landing of your own canoes, kayaks, or tubes. Easy access to the water allows for fishing, swimming, or river sitting while watching others play in the water. We are located just 2 miles downriver from Mohican Adventures and 3 miles from the main entrance to Mohican State Park.

Quick River Vacation

Enjoyed our 4 day vacation at this property. It was clean, updated and had everything we needed. It also had easy access (or I should say entry) to the river. Would recommend it.

Nice stay at the river

We had a good stay at the property. The house was clean and convenient to family we were visiting in Loudonville. The entry to the second bathroom is outside across the front porch which was not expected but worked out fine. Overall, a positive experience.

Autumn foliage

Property exactly as described! I am a clean freak and was as comfortable as can be here. We visited Amish areas and Mohican State park enjoying the fall colors. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen is well supplied to do so. Excellent TV viewing, place for a bon fire, comfortable seating, well lit for book reading, adequate room darkening shades. We noted that the coffee set up was for both single Kuerig cups and full pot usage. Recommend.

Rivereside 2 bedroom home

The house was very clean, nicely furnished, well siipplied kitchen. The description lead us to believe it was a 3 bedroom home. It is only a 2 bedroom home. No in-suite bathrooms. The second bath and Laundry Room is separated from the rest of the house. In cold weather, and at night, this was not convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet. Having the Mohican River in your backyard was very nice. We did enjoy our stay. The beds are very comfortable. Having a second bath in the house would have been more convenient. The home is well taken care of

Perfection along the river

This place is so perfect if you want to be riverside and tube. You can enjoy a pretty house and amazing yard with nature all around you! Can't wait to stay next year!

Where do I start? What a great little home on the river. Inside looks like its recently been updated. Great kitchen with everything you need. I overpacked not knowing how stocked it was. Spent most of my time on the covered deck. Lots of outlets to plug in anything you would need outside. It poured off and on but we never had to go in. Its on a large lot which felt very private. Who ever does the housekeeping should get a raise. Very, very clean! Loved watching people on the river. Im already planning another trip!!

Memorial Day holiday in Mohican area

Your rental home, has been completely remodeled and updated very tastefully ! Our family consisted of 5 adults, 1 teen, 1 4.5 month old, and 1 dog. She especially loved your yard and chasing birds. We had plenty of room. We prepared all our meals at the house. Loved having a dishwasher. Our group's only negative was matress on the sofa sleeper. Please get that relaced. My 2 nephews found it very uncomfortable. I personally would remove the love seat and add a very sturdy futon, that could also be used as sleeping space. Would I recommend and or return to this rental? Absolutely!! The house is beautiful and located on the Mohican river. Very close to the Mohican state Park and other outdoor activities. Thank you, A.
