Cozy Studio-Gated Private Entry by Med Center

Our place is super cozy and cute with plenty of space and amenities including free street parking just outside the unit! It's a gated contemporary and bright private guest suite with private full bathroom and kitchenette less than a 10 minute drive to the Texas Medical Center! The suite is 15 seconds to the nearest highway (hwy 288) for fast access anywhere.

The space
Within 5 to 10 minutes are the Medical Center, NRG, and Downtown Houston! Less than 15 minutes away are the BBVA Compass Stadium, Minute Maid Park, Rice University, University of Houston, Texas Southern University, the Houston Zoo, Museum District and many many wonderfully diverse culinary options from food trucks to breweries to steakhouses!

Approximately 15 seconds to highway 288 which gets you downtown in around 8 minutes. Stay here and you don't have to fight street traffic on top of freeway/highway traffic!

Street parking in front of the house along the grass is free and plentiful!

There is a full private bathroom, queen sized bed, microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge available in the unit along with cups, plates and utensils for quick meals or Houston restaurant leftovers! For your enjoyment you'll also find a few of our favorite board games.

No Animals and No Smoking- Host suffers from severe allergies and is frequently on the property

Guest access
You will have access to the studio via white french doors through our gated side yard.

Other things to note
We will send more detailed access instructions (tips, really) the day of or the day prior to your arrival, so please keep an eye out for that. Access to the unit is completely host-free, so you can check in at any time after 3pm and come and go as you please!
