"Great hotel to stay in. Stayed in the 1 bedroom suite. Only issue was my room didn't have a view of the Tower Bridge."

Firstly, on my second night the fire alarms went off 5 times all throughout the night and the hotel couldn't tell us anything, causing anxiety and stress, as well as no sleep. The hotel cleaning staff entered my room twice even though I had the do not disturb sign up. The room was not clean and I had a dried up contact lens left on the window sill when I arrive. I also emailed the hotel after the stay to query the fire alarms and had no response. 100% avoid"
