"There was work going on when we arrived! And had not been told about this. The room we was in was very small but had a fantastic view of the bridge. The tv didn’t work and the sink was blocked so brushing your teeth and washing your hands was a challenge. The bed was very comfortable but found it hard to sleep as curtains were not big enough for the window so light coming in from both sides and middle. Luckily we were only staying for one night . I had always wanted to stay there but I can’t see us ever booking it again."

"Unfortunately its not a place that i can recommend. The beds are moving too much that I almost fell over so I asked the bottom bed When I did my check in the receptionist almost threw me the room card. The next morning When I asked where to paid a coffee , She just said its closed and still looking her computer . Few mns after They served one person, then said no and again served some. You can't really change you device as the equipments are next to the bottom beds. The only good point it was the bathroom inside the room"

"We enjoyed our stay room was smaller then I thought and outlook was the inner courtyard. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very attentive."

"Great location but that’s about it. Dirty towels, extremely small room, sink backed up, one roll of toilet paper, AC not working. Wouldn’t recommend staying. Ended up booking a new property the same day we arrived and eating the cost of both hotels to get out of there."

"Absolutely fantastic location. We went gif a wedding but if you were going to do tourist things perfect location for Big Ben, London eye etc Staff were very attentive and polite and welcoming. The room was amazing. We were upgraded (to our suprise as we didn’t ask) and didn’t expect it so thank!!"
