"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They lock the door between the elevator and the lobby at night and there is no one at reception — I have a 6:00 am flight from Hannover and needed to leave the hotel at 3:30 am — I was banging on the door for 10 minutes but there is no one at reception. I almost missed my taxi, except I found a door open at the back and had to walk all around the hotel in the dark pulling my suitcases — I am 77 years old — this is outrageous and reckless — I am furious and will do everything I can to make sure no one stays there in the future — and I will let the Gedenksta Bergen-Belsen know of my horrendous experience "

"Great hotel, would have rated 5 stars but we stayed there on a Monday - restaurants closed, limited dinner options in the bar lounge. Long wait for everything. Beverage prices excessive for the quality (e.g., Grauburgunder by the glass @ EUR 11/100ml would have to be remarkable; the wine on offer was of low complexity, flat, not fresh)"

"Wir haben ein tolles Wochenende in der Unterkunft verbracht. Ein Junggesellenabschied der besonderen Art. Der Kater am Morgen kam als Muskelkater um die Ecke. Die Möglichkeit vor Ort zu kochen, zu essen, zu feiern und zu schlafen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Anlage ist top renoviert und bietet jede Menge Platz für allerlei Aktivitäten. Die Idee mit den Schlafkapseln hat uns überzeugt, wir haben uns gut erholt. Dank der angeschlossenen Gastro-Küche für die Selbstversorgung konnten wir uns kulinarisch austoben, ohne das dabei Stress entstand. Die smarte Steuerung im Gebäude ist gut durchdacht und war hilfreich. Wir planen bereits unseren nächsten Aufenthalt, dicker Daumen hoch und vielen Dank für die gute Zeit."
