Flot ny bygning. Var dog placeret lidt langt fra den nærmeste by med restauranter. Selvom der var angivet at der var restaurant ved hotellet, lukkede det allerede kl. 18 og køkkenet var udstyret som en grillbar. Men det skyldes helt sikkert at hotellet er del af en campingplads. Men meget fin standard på værelset.

Das kleine Hotel ist Teil eines Campingplatzes. Von hier aus können unterschiedliche Fahrradtouren unternommen werden.

Nie wieder…

Die Unterkunft war akzeptabel und sauber. Die Bewertung bezieht sich auf den Check-out, insbesondere auf die Mitarbeiterin, welche am 29.09.2024, gegen 9:10 Uhr dafür verantwortlich war. Nachdem wir schon ausgecheckt hatten und auf dem Weg zum Auto waren, kam uns besagte Mitarbeiterin hinterhergerannt und sagte uns, dass wir erneut zur Rezeption müssten. Dort angekommen, wurde von ihr eine „Verhörsituation“ vor allen anwesenden Gästen an den Frühstückstischen geschaffen und wir mit dem Vorwurf konfrontiert, dass wir unsere Übernachtung nicht bezahlt hätten. Auch nachdem ich dieser Mitarbeiterin den Nachweis erbracht hatte (Rechnungsbeleg von Hotels.com) dass wir die Unterkunft bereits mit der Buchung im Voraus bezahlt hatten, bewirkte keine Verhaltensänderung bei ihr, sie machte einfach weiter. Insgesamt eine sehr irritierende Situation, die wir so noch nicht erlebt haben. Möglicherweise sollte sich diese Mitarbeiterin nach einem neuen Berufsfeld umschauen, da ihr anscheinend Hospitality, Service- und Kundenorientierung nicht geläufig sind. Eine Entschuldigung vom Hotel erfolgte bisher nicht, sodass dies unser erster und letzter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war.

Bestes Hotel im Raum Uelzen?

Sehr schönes Hotel, baubiologisch sinnvoll und von der Einrichtung her sehr natürlich und mit viel Holz. Gefällt mir sehr gut. Dachte erst der Campingplatz nebenan wäre nachts vielleicht zu laut, ab 22 Uhr jedoch Totenstille und ich habe zwei sehr erholsame Nächte dort verbracht.

Ich komme gerne wieder!

Ich bin geschäftlich jede Woche in mehreren Hotels, deswegen kann ich hier wirklich zu sehr schönen Zimmern gratulieren, hochwertig und geschmackvoll verarbeitetes Material. Die Lage im Grünen und vor dem Zimmer ein Schwimmteich, im Erdgeschoß ein kleiner Bioladen und ein nettes Frühstück...ich habe mich wohlgefühlt.
