"Out dated , smelled of marijuana in the elevator , stairwell and hallways. In my room , the bathroom mirror was dirty , the wallpaper was peeling off . Also the one bed had a steel bracket hanging off of it and my son cut his toe and the carpet was not vacuumed. The sheets at least looked to be cleaned ..."
