Very clean, cozy and hospitable stay. Kind & accommodating host. Perfect space for an overnight or weekend stay. Plenty of towels; bedding & appliances. It is a basement apartment so expect minor noises from the floor above mostly the doggo. Check in requires meeting with the host at the door and collecting the physical keys. Check-in & out process could be simpler with an electronic door lock code. My plans changed last minute and I left one night sooner. Thankfully I left the keys at the house or I would have had to go back to drop them off.

Great little basement apartment. Set apart from the rest of the house. Owners are very helpful and kind. The apartment was very clean and updated. Full kitchen and all cooking utensils. In a cute safe little neighborhood. Great experience would definitely recommend this place.

Everything we needed and more

This suite was very clean and roomy in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. Phyllis was flexible with check in and made the check in/out process incredibly easy. There is a full kitchen that is well-stocked with dishes and extra appliances. It has a beautiful backyard and patio backing on to green space. The owners live in the house, but the entrance to the suite is completely private. We heard minimal noise a couple times from them upstairs during our stay.

Lovely Spot

Beautiful quiet, private location that overlooks an ( unused?) train track and a secluded forest. New amenities throughout the apartment, which is more spacious than the photos give justice. Our hostess left everything beautifully laid out for our arrival, including two seasonal coffee mugs to help us feel at home over Christmas. Bed was very comfortable. Room darkening blinds made sleeping easy. Added bonuses- both in- house laundry and a large screen TV. Would stay here again- thank you!you,you!Phyhous.vComfy.Chrimugs

This is a terrific property. The apartment is spotless, very well designed and nicely furnished. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bedding luxurious. The bathroom has a spa like feel to it with a great tub/shower combo, fluffy towels and nice bath products. Every guest need has been anticipated and provided for. The in suite laundry set is a true convenience. The apartment is in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. It has a separate entrance and feels very private. The living area is nice and bright thanks to a large picture window. Check in was simple, our host welcoming and helpful and we felt very much at home. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return again in the future. Thanks for everything!

Newly renovated appartment space in a walkiut basement, very tidy and well featured. Owner lives above and is very nice. Situated on a quiet residential street just outside of Arnprior.
