"The location of this property is spectacular. Just steps to a beautiful little beach and a fantastic view of Pico. The unit is very spacious and the front deck is a great place to hang out with views of the farm fields, Pico mountain and the ocean. Some items in the unit could use some updating such as coffee maker, toaster and pillows. Otherwise it had everything we needed. "

Als wir ankamen (Anfang Mai) waren die Temperaturen zwischen 11 und 17 Grad, mit wenigen sonnigen Abschnitten und dann höheren Temperaturen. Das Haus verfügt über keine Heizung, dementsprechend war die Temperatur im Inneren bei 16 Grad und über 80% Luftfeuchtigkeit. "We had the lower level of the house, and it was very spacious. The balcony is huge overlooking farm fields and over the ocean, a clear visual of Pico. I would highly recommend anyone coming to the island is to stay at this place. The only downside I would have to say would be he will be hearing roosters very early in the morning (5am) and all type of other farm animals in the facility.
