「Quick check in. Only issue was I called property before checking in to confirm the card on file would be charged for the deposit as my father would arrive for his room before me. I was assured it would be however when my father arrived they made him pay the deposit instead of calling me or confirming with me first. Other than that great staff, hallways were a bit hot and muggy but room was clean and comfortable. 」

I don't understand the flat sheet on the mattress, instead of a fitted sheet. I'm not a good sleeper as it is, but after tossing and turning all night, to wake up on a bare matress that hundreds of other people have done the same, was disgusting. USE A FITTED SHEET!
And your valet needs work! That is the first and last impression of your hotel. They don't even offer to open doors for passengers as you pull up, a couple of them had zero personality. OPEN CAR DOORS,...
