タートルラン・ワイナリー周辺のホテル

「Staff and rooms very nice」

「とても綺麗で、とても心地よく宿泊出来ました。」

「The hotel and the hotel staff were fantastic. It’s a beautiful facility. I was kind of disappointed in the workout room for such a luxury hotel and casino. The other issue was they kept being an issue with me getting the points on my Caesar card. I spoke to numerous staff about it and they said I’ll give it a day or two and it’ll be posted and it never was.」

「Checked in at 4 on a Saturday and there was only one desk clerk. Brittany was awesome but was drowning as she was by herself. Cleaning staff didn’t have the rooms ready for not just us but multiple others. We didn’t get into our room until an hour after arriving at the hotel. When booking, a bar was listed as an amenity. It is not open. There is a little bar behind the hotel called Ott’s. If you want a beverage locally check them out.」

「This was my first trip traveling alone with my kids and the staff was so kind and helpful with information during breakfast and getting us extra supplies during our stay.」

「The staff was very pleasant and breakfast was good with a lot of options but we just couldn’t overlook the room. The towel rack in the bathroom was badly rusted and disgusting. The entire room smelled musty, not sure if it was the carpet or the dated fabric chair or maybe both but my allergies were insane and it smelled bad. We ended up leaving a couple days earlier than planned.」
