Staff at check-in and check-out were efficient and polite. I was upgraded to a suite without requesting. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, but the room could use some updating/refurbishing: chipped furniture, slightly worn fabric, no sockets for devices in the bedroom part of the suite and only two readily available sockets in the living room area.

フロントのサービスがとても良い。 気持ちよくチェックイン、チェックアウトできました。 立地は駅から道路を挟んですぐなので、最高。 近くにレストランや食品ストアがあり、便利です。 空港からも電車1本で来られます。 部屋は綺麗で清潔です。 駅の近辺は治安も良く、安心して滞在できました。 またバンクーバーに来る機会があれば利用します。
