"We stayed for 4 nights here, in mid april, a very quite and peaceful place. You can get a good sleep here and wake up with the sound of only birds singing. Breakfast is decent, good enough of variety and choices to start the day with. Not that close to major cities but Bologna is about a 20 minutes drive. I don't know how public transportation is in the area but with car it's good accessible."

"Room was relatively clean but the shower and bathroom show signs of age, and had black stains or mould in the corners of the bathroom, and a musty smell. The staff were helpful, and offered me free a breakfast as compensation for my complaints about the bathroom cleanliness. "

"Great property and owner. Need a car to get around or use taxis. Great location if you want to visit Modena, Parma and Bologna but dont want to stay in the center of any of them. Close to Ferrari, Lamborghini, all sites."
