「Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The room was not as clean as expected, and there was a noticeable smell of marijuana coming from the staff/room area, which made the stay uncomfortable. The pool was also not open when we first arrived. Additionally, our room door did not work properly, and maintenance had to replace the battery before we could access the room. 「Unprofessional desk staff. Had their family members there in the lobby carrying on. Later desk staff member sat in "lounge" with other staff members hanging out, not at desk. It's a low grade motel with trashy staff but you probably fillrd it so what would you care.」

「Wrist band key cards, pools, views of the bay, and toiletries were nice. Bed was soft and lumpy. Low water pressure in room and locker room showers. Locker rooms off indoor pool had no water pressure and no A/C - very hot and humid. Would give the hotel three stars at most - felt it was overpriced for the experience.」
