「Great communication from Hotel prior to stay, and really friendly when arrived. Nice property, and easy to get to, with parking available. Staff were really considerate and made me feel safe on a solo travel, without prompt giving a room with private shower, when purchased a shared bathroom. Only shared toilet facilities for my duration. Truly appreciated upgrade. Breakfast was good, option of full english and alternatives, alongside buffet style cereals and fruits. 「Greeted on arrival and all was explained as I was shown to my room. The room and bathroom were clean. Bedside lamp had USB points which was convenient. Breakfast was simple although three out of the six tables had not been cleared after guests that had been and gone by 9:00 - in fact I didn't see any staff at all in the morning before I left at 10:00 although it had been explained that I could simply leave in the morning with no checkout required.」

No one on site in the morning to check out and nowhere to leave key. just left in room . sash Windows in room do not stay open had to use a cup to hold it up. no fan or aircon. TV had splashes all over screen. Bathroom dirty. Glasses had dirty rim...

「This was my second visit to this hotel. Single Room is not so wide but quite enough for me, a Japanese. I like especially the clearness of the room. All staff is very kind and friendly. I also like their breakfast. We can choose from several dishes made of local production.」

「Nice property overall, location can’t be beat, walkable to Windsor and Eton and the river. No hot water the first day, difficult to get a hold of staff as there is no overnight staffing. Emergency and contact numbers were out of date, manager didn’t pick up her mobile phone because they didn’t recognise the number calling, which we thought was odd. Water issue was remedied. No compensation offered. Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Didn’t hear any noise from street or from restaurant....

「Excellent value for money only 10mins drive from legoland which is why we stayed. Local amenities super close by and free parking! Makes it better value than a “main brand” hotel stay. Would definitely use again. 」
