This much-desired marina ocean view unit has great unobstructed views of the ocean and marina. You can enjoy this breathtaking view on the 120 s.f. Lanai, which has a table and chairs for meals or rest.

The unit is in great condition with brand new Pergo, travertine floors throughout the unit, and a new modern (2017) split air conditioning system. The open kitchen comes with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, rice cooker, and all the items you need to prepare meals. Also has all the dishes, pots, pans, utensils in the full kitchen with oven, refrigerator, etc.

The bedroom area has two brand new Simmons double beds and full closets and so plenty of space for your luggage during your stay. The living area has a sofa bed and a large 50" flat-screen TV, so you never have to miss your favorite shows or sporting events. Another great advantage for this unit is its' shower/tub combo that many families want for bathing the children. Also, the blackout curtains for those afternoon naps are a bonus.

The large 120sf lanai has a table and chairs for that perfect lunch and/or dinner while gazing at the most beautiful sunset in the world.

Parking is not included, please see below for the options for parking:

1. Valet parking is available 24/7 and is $45 per night plus tip with in/out privileges. Please check the rate on arrival. No reservations are needed. Just arrive anytime, and valet staff will be on duty.

2. Behind the Ilikai building there are lots of public parking spaces, some free and some paid. The free spaces close at 10:30 pm so you have to move your car before then. The paid parking spaces go for $1/hr and do not close at a certain time so they can be used for overnight parking. You can pay with cash or card, just go to the parking machine and enter your license plate plus the number of hours, which will print out a ticket to put on your dashboard.

Beautiful view, just off of waikiki so not overly crowed, but a very short walk away. Staff of the building were so nice, and great affordable grocery store near by. The apartment was fantastic, clean and spacious, the futon was very comfortable as a bed.

The location was excellent. Easy to walk to a lot of places. The apartment was clean. Everyone that works in the building, are very friendly. Amazing views. On our first day we saw a whale playing in the water.

Fun In The Ilikai Sun

Our week long stay was excellent; the condo was as advertised, the location was super and the marina/ocean view was great. The two large comfortable beds is rare and appreciated. The high step into the bath/shower was daunting but we managed as seniors. The TV screen was large and easy to navigate. The owner was professional and a good communicator resulting in a seamless arrival/check-in.

Nice condo. Beds were very comfortable. All appliances worked well. Appreciated that there were 2 beach chairs that we could use. Only slight disappointment was that the sofa bed was hard and not comfortable. Worked for the grandkids but an adult probably wouldn't sleep well on it. Would stay here again.

The location and view could not be beat. Everything we needed was provided or a quick walk or bus ride away. The apartment was a studio as listed and 5 of ua fit comforably especially with the large balcony. Waking up and watching the surfers and boats and waves while eating breakfast was amazing. I didnt want to leave when our stay was up.

Older room needs serious updates

On first arrival happy with Ilikai, not so much with our room. Feels run down, bit dirty, older fixtures. Overhead light would randomly turn on in night. The bedding towels and such were clean. Kitchen had all we needed. TV new. Nowhere to put suitcases. Too tight to use closet

Perfect place to stay

This was our first time visiting Hawaii and we couldn’t be happier with the choice of accomodation. Perfect location, beautiful view, easy walk to beach, spacious unit, comfy beds (including the futon which I slept on), well equipped kitchen. The Friday night fireworks could partially be seen from the lanai but full view was great from the downstairs courtyard at the Ilikai. Loved that we were able to walk everywhere including the Ala Moana Mall and the other end of town. We didn’t have access to the gym however we walked to Planet Fitness behind the Ala Moana Mall each day and they offered us a really affordable plan. Easy to come and go with PIN code rather than key entry. Loved our stay and would definitely chose this property next time we visit Hawaii.

Very clean place overlooking the harbor/ocean. Beautiful grounds and great location to everything. Just a short walk to great beaches. Had all the amenities we needed and check in/out process was a breeze! Would definitely stay here again?
