Every single detail was though of and there were so many goodies to make the stay even better. The location is easily walkable and extremely quiet at night. The instructions were clear, the staff helpful and friendly. It was on a quiet street and still close enough to the main sites of Kanazawa that you could walk to anything in about 20 minutes, or take the bus on the bus loop from the nearby stop. Would definitely stay here again."
"The friendly staff greeted me at the door, spoke enough english so check-in was easy and quick. They then showed me around and proceeded to assist with carrying luggage up the stairs to my room, above and beyond customer service - as with everywhere in Japan. A nice quiet accommodation with an instant friendly warmth when you walk through the door. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here."

"Great hotel, nice rooms, excellent breakfast and laundry facilities. What really sets this hotel apart is the onsen bath on the roof. Don't miss getting up early to watch sunrise from the rooftop onsen. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Kanazawa."
"The hotel is very well located for exploring Kanazawa and was excellent value for money. Our triple room was a little tight (though this was typical for our whole trip in Japan) but well appointed and clean.
Breakfast was ok - not the most extensive buffet but sufficient for our needs. The highlight though was the availability of drinks/snacks in the bar/lounge all day and even a free happy hour from 5-7pm with prosecco, wine and juice options.
Staff very pleasant and happy to help.
