The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, convenience stores, and many of the city's attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which is exactly what you need after a long day exploring the city. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help when needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Like many hotels in Hong Kong, the rooms are on the smaller side, but they are designed efficiently and provide everything required for a comfortable stay. The hotel offers good value for money, especially considering its location and overall quality. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Hong Kong and would recommend it to travelers looking for a clean, convenient, and reliable hotel."

"I was a little disappointed in this hotel. The rooms are really tiny and you can barely walk in them and the bathroom is the same. They have a pool in the roof, which I was looking forward to but you could not use it because they only open it on certain seasons so it was pointless , the only nice thing I can actually say about this place is the staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Lots of room for a Hong Kong Hotel. Great little restaurant next to hotel for lunch and dinner and so reasonably priced. Also a five minute walk to a street full of places to eat. A MTR station was right next to hotel, and Ding Dings right at your foot steps. All staff were helpful, especially Tiffany. I had emailed them shortly after booking with them to make sure that they would store our luggage since we would be arriving at the hotel at around 8:30am. Their response was that it was not a problem and also, that if our room was available, that we could even check in earlier. When we actually arrived, our room was free but they said that there would be a charge for checking in earlier. We decided against this because we needed to go out and find a meal to eat and we had already made plans for this first day to be out. Guess it was a little disappointing that they didn’t mention that there would be a fee if we were to check in earlier and it just seemed that they were trying to make money where they could (we stayed 15 nights, you’d think they could have waived this!). Room was comfortable. They provided slippers but bring your own robes since they do not provide them. The room had a horrible view of the roof of the building next door! I asked if we could change rooms so that we could get a better view. They said that all rooms in the cheaper category all had a view of the building next door. We had a « Premium » room. Maybe call to clarify!"

"Great staff from the door to the desk to housekeeping. Excellent location in one of HK Island's best neighborhoods blending old and new, local and international. Fantastic, spacious, comfortable room (the pictures don't lie). Free self service laundry available. Housekeeper learned I really enjoy my coffee and left me extra pods each day. Front door staff were friendly and attentive at all hours. Fantastic view of Lantau, Tsing Yi, Kowloon, the West side of the harbour, (formerly) IG Pier, and the tram yard. For the price, can't beat the quality and convenience. Some minor maintenance finish things I noticed that could perhaps be improved, but for what I got out of this stay, I can't knock anything. Would stay again anytime I'm back in HK."
