The duty manager Kevin during our stay was kind, attentive and went the extra mile to make guests comfortable, including seeing people off at their vehicles when they were departing the hotel. The masterclass and DIY sessions for children were a lovely touch, and even there, the personal attention given to children was quite something. Besides this, the room and other facilities were great too. It made for the best experience possible, in central Hong Kong. "

The staffs were also very friendly and welcoming even though we arrived very late in the evening. The hotel is conveniently located with lots of quality dining options.
