The Chinese restaurant was disappointing.
I reserved after booking my room, they never asked me about our allergic food which I expect that a high standard restaurant would check. However they kept on sending you email and calling you to reconfirm and telling you about the dress code. Maybe the Michelin brought them many customers who don't know how to behave in a high standard restaurant?
So I replied their reconfirm email 2 days before the restaurant reservation. Then I checked in the hotel next day ,and I went to the the restaurant asked a female staff to show me their menu.She confirmed my reservation and lent me the menu. After checking about the menu I returned it to the staff and we said "see you tomorrow" .
However, when I was in pool at 20:30, they called my again to reconfirm to my mobile phone. I returned a call to front desk, a female staff said she will take care of it and get back to me but she didn't.
Then the next morning, 1.5hr before my reservation, when I was working hard on my hair they called to my mobile phone again!
I lost my appetite and said if you wish so much for me to cancel much then please cancel it. The staff named Patty hung the phone suddenly and rudely.
I also disappointed our room has no separated shower room. You spent so much and end with still having shower in bath tab with a shower curtain.
They also charge expensively for international call.It's only IP phone and free in other hotel.
In conclusion,FS HK is not a 5 star hotel
