「The place was just ok.The biggest problem was it's not in the safest neighborhood. The neighbors had 2 dogs tied up in the vacant lot right next to the house and they barked from 5:30am till around midnight. There were stray dogs everywhere. We had 2 come up on the upper deck several times. After 4 days of that we had to find other accommodations. So very disappointing. Unfortunate waste of money.」

Dock was great to snorkel from.Can watch the dolphins from the dock! About a 10-20 minute drive to most activities! West End and Bay beaches, zipline! 」

「There was no.internet, no tv. Fridge didn't work, problem with water supply, roof leaked. For the most the problems were eventually solved. Its spacious and nice water view from varendah.」

「Easily walkable to Main Street and all the activities of Roatan. Used the hammocks in screened in porch mornings and evenings. Great place for families. Clothes washer and dryer super convenient. I got scuba certified at Island Diving, a 4 minute walk.」

「Place is as in pics. Our unit was close to road Loud & dusty. Beach was a bust. Did not want to sit on a dock!. Had the reviews mentioned the road work & the silt & that the water was not that great we would have not booked. The reef is not that close. When we got a car we spent or time elsewhere.No fault of Sundancer but reviews should have mentioned the amount of road work!
