descuido de cuarto

Ya me había quedado ahí en varias ocasiones anteriormente y me gustaba, solo que esta vez ya se ve muy descuidado, la chapa de la puerta estaba suelta no nos quisieron cambiar de cuarto, nunca salió bien el agua caliente, ya no dan rollo ni artículos de jabón shampoo. Eso si el sr que nos atendió después que es el que normalmente esta cuando voy siempre es muy amable.

They charge the room reservation two time one by card and as we arrived to the hotel he asked us to pay in cash when we already had reseved but i did not put the necessary attencion cause it was 1am at nigth at that time all we expected to get a room. Todo tal cual se aprecia en fotos y descripción, fácil de encontrar y muy bien ubicado en la zona, además de con servicios, tiendas y restaurantes en cercanías. Solo mejoraría el acceso al edificio, puesto que no hay timbre con cámara o clave y se debe tocar para que abran, lo cual no tieme mucha lógica siendo una puerta de cristal automática, quiza podría ser una buena mejoría.

If it's the last room in town...

The staff is friendly and helpful, and you get a nice apartment that can sleep 6 people (2 on the couch, more if you squeeze). That being said the place is being managed like a shoestring hostel. We paid $50us- $200us depending on the night. We chose the spot based on it's proximity to where we were working, which is the only reason to stay there. There was no toilet paper in the room, 1 towel and 1 bar of soap for 5 people, they don't clean the room during your stay, and the real deal breaker is the shower is terrible. It takes literally 3 minutes for any change in the temperature to go through the pipes and it comes out scalding hot or freezing cold, making it nearly impossible to actually get in the water for more than 10 seconds at a time. Sometimes no water comes out at all. I had them fix it 2x as the heater wasn't working at all and had to wait an hour each time to shower. Breakfast is terrible- prepackaged food microwaved, cinnamon flavored nescafe, and sugary orange drink. We threw 70% of it out. Have ubereats deliver instead. They wanted to charge us 700 pesos for an airport pickup. The taxi stand at the airport is 350 pesos, and uber is about 70 pesos. Uber is the best, cheapest, safest way to get around the city. The location is also terrible with nothing of interest or useful near by. In comparison, my cousin on the same nights, paid half the price for a beautiful hotel, in a lovely area, 5 star service and food, a pool, toilet paper, clean room every day

Todo está muy limpio cómodo y buena zona lo único es que casi no lo encontramos pues no tiene ningún nombre visible para poder llegar como un hotel normal , pero de resto todo fue muy bien super recomendado
