「スタッフの雰囲気はとても良かったです。ただ4人で泊まったのにバスタオルが1枚しか交換してなかったりトイレットペーパーの補充が無かったらり部屋の電話が壊れててフロントに電話が通じなくて不便でした。」

「We booked the hotel BUT got NO indication how to check in. When we arrived at the hotel and contacted with the Agent, we were told that NO ROOM was lept for us and we were told to Grab to another hotel for 2 days (which was much poor in terms of facilities, even no micro-wave oven was provided and broken bed) for checking in. We got NO effective compensation. The We rebooked this hotel two days later and checked in. In general, the housing condition is good except the excedingly TERRIBLE...

「At the point I came in, property is indore need of repair. The inner main door handle is broken and requires effort to open from inside especially in view that the door is partially broken. The bathroom also need major overhauling. Sorry I can't honestly give better rating under the present conditions and service.」

「I book for 3 bedrooms but they give me 2 bedrooms. Call them but no response. Sad. 」
