Close to malls, tourist attractions, great location for restaurants. Supermarket also close by, plus the usual 7 eleven for necessities. They have coin operated washers and dryers in site, best of all are the staff, such really nice people. Would definitely stay again. We stayed here for three nights while visiting Georgetown. Nice room that was very clean. Location was walkable to many things and also a quick Grab ride to anything. Only thing we didn’t know was no restaurant attached so we couldn’t order room service and no coffee! They did have tea available in the room. Filtered water dispenser on the floor. We would stay again.

I was surprised how quiet it was inside the suite bearing in mind its location. Plenty of room, lovely bed and excellent rainforest showef.The views to the South are good and the pool on 14 is amazing. Thetes also a roof terrace on 25 open in the evenings. Alas it was storming the two nights so never experienced it. The shuttle to breakfast areas is novel too.

From check in, the front staff were great, attentive, offered a drink and cold towel. After minutes of entering room, they called to check if everything was good. Car lift attendant both were great in helping first timer and do say thank you to both. Finally, Harun , the attendant on my 1906 floor was superb in helping me fill the bottle water when he saw me and greeted us whenever he saw us. Pleasant stay. I will return

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Granite is in a great lication, short walking distance to KOMTAR, Prangin Malls, 1st Avenue mall and GAMA. It is also within easy walking distance of Chowrasta market, the old town, the piers and street art. Our room was actually a one bedroom apartment in the former Summit M suites, the Serene Suite. It was quiet, clean and very comfortable with a KS bed and a pillow menu too. The pool is lovely and the views, drink and food at the roof top bar are excellent. We've loved our stay and we'd come back.
