There is also a dining table and chairs for romantic evenings in. Continue into the compact, farmhouse-style galley kitchen. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with a bath and separate shower. A stylish spiral staircase will lead you to the super-king-size bedroom with a vaulted ceiling and balcony with a bistro set. Outside is a front patio with seating plus a rear patio with a hot tub, gas BBQ and seating.
During your stay down a countryside lane near the small village of Haytown in North Devon, you’ll be surrounded by nature. Set off for a day trip to the seaside – the closest place for a swim is the stoney, canine-friendly Peppercombe Beach (9 miles). From here you can follow the clifftop path along the Hartland Devon Heritage Coast to Blackchurch Rock (11 miles) or the sandy Westward Ho! beach (15 miles). The bustling town of Holsworthy is 7.5 miles away where you can discover an array of amenities such as tea rooms, supermarkets and plenty of independent restaurants.
