Housekeeping does not make daily rounds and will only clean rooms if you stay at least 5 nights. Additionally, there are no elevators and isn't very handicap friendly with no ramps. "We had great communications with our hosts before and throughout the visit. Our hosts sent us great information about what to see on the island and where to tour. It was a gold mine of information. The unit is decorated and supplied with everything you need for a wonderful visit. It was super clean, and all the appliances seemed brand new. We especially loved the beach chairs that we used every day. This is a perfect unit for two adults very comfortable, awesome lanai overlooking the shore and such a short walk to the nearby beach. We really loved this unit and will definitely to stay here when we return to Kawai."
