The location turned out to be perfect in all respects as it offered alternative options to get to specific locations throughout the area and it was within 30 minutes of everything even if traffic was heavy. The place was very clean and offered a small kitchen, two full bathrooms and two bedrooms (one queen, one king) and two couches...

「Property itself was great, its on top of a pizza place (good pizza spot) but you can hear the music from downstairs (only an issue if you dont like music). Only one parking spot so plan ahead - I would book again. Not related to the property but the management company could have been more helpful - we were only staying at the property for one night and we asked for a late check out, never heard back. While we left at the required time, we happen to be grabbing a pizza at 3p when the cleaning...

「We really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and spacious and the location was perfect, right in the heart of Anna Maria Island - walkable to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We had no issues during stay, but I would suggest guests to first get an inventory of what the house provides and doesn't provide before going to the grocery store. 「Gabe greeted us with the full tour. Everything on the property was spotless & purposefully positioned for maximum ease & comfort. All new appliances, electronics & TV’s. 「Quiet, cozy stay just a short walk to the beach or gulf. This place is perfect if you want to enjoy the quieter side of St Pete, namely Pass A Grille, yet close enough to plenty of activities and amenities. There was plenty of information for folks new to the area and for the check in process and during your stay.
