The Surf Condos Community is conveniently situated in the vibrant center of Surf City, near all the attractions you’d want to explore during your vacation. Nearby highlights include the Surf City Pier, distinctive shops and boutiques, local seafood markets, restaurants, and much more! Positioned on the second floor, this one-bedroom condo is only a brief stroll from the community beach access. Inside, you'll discover a bright and airy space with no carpeting! Upon entering, you will see the master bedroom that features a king-sized bed and an adjoining half bath. Down the corridor, there are twin over twin bunk beds tucked into the hall nook, along with a full bathroom. As you proceed further down the hallway, you'll come across a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with an open layout, a dining area for four guests, and extra seating for two along the counter. The living room boasts a large sliding glass door that offers stunning beach and ocean views, enhanced by additional windows and natural light, thanks to its status as an end unit! When you’re not taking in the views through the sliding door, you can relax in the living area with a flat-screen television and comfortable seating. The living room also includes a sleeper sofa that converts into a queen-size bed, providing more sleeping accommodations. The main attraction of this unit is undoubtedly the covered deck, which provides an ideal vantage point to enjoy the beach and witness the sunrise each morning. The Surf Condos community offers several additional onsite amenities, such as a zero-entry community pool, covered gazebos by the pool, a communal grilling area, laundry facilities, a gated entrance, off-street parking, two beach access points, and an ideal location to fully appreciate everything Topsail Island and Surf City have to offer.

Great stay in Topsail Condo

We were overall very happy with our stay at the condo. The location and condo were just what we were looking for. The condo was a little on the dirty side but we did a 30 min power clean. There were a few things that required attention which we communicated to property management. They offered to come straight out but we just rolled with it. Coffee machine was on the fritz but gave us the excuse to splurge on daily cappuccinos. All in all, another great visit to Topsail.
