「Very clean, nice big rooms with comfortable beds. Super tea and coffee facilities 24 hours a day and very good breakfast. It was a bit warm in ground floor room next to the road, so was too noisy and insecure to open the windows. Expedia states that parking is included, (one of the reasons we selected this hotel) this is incorrect it is €20 a night. We had to contact the hotel to arrange this and spaces are very limited. 」

「I give this place five star because of the location and The view. You would be facing an outstanding view of mountains and a lake in front of the property. To me this was most valuable part of this stay. The furniture furniture was dated but usable overall somewhat comfortable. We arrived very late and the staff was very nice to accommodated us. they checked us in even though they mentioned that the latest time to check in is 8:00 p.m. Breakfast was included which was great. 「公共交通機関で行くのは不便。LuzernからのSバーンは基本1時間に1本しかなく（毎時21分着），また，LuzernへのSバーンも基本1時間に1本しかないため（毎時37分発），チェックインしてからLuzernに行く場合，1時間以上時間を潰さないといけない。 SバーンがArth-Goldauも通るので，そちら方面に行ってから，Luzernに行けば，少しは時間が効率的に使えます。 何故かアップグレードしてくれて，広く，長めの良い部屋だったので，設備には不満はないのですが…」
