She connected with us immediately through her warmth, professionalism, and sincere care, making us feel valued from day one. Katie consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. She was always checking in to make sure everything was perfect and proactively asking if there was anything we needed. We never had to go looking for assistance—she was always one step ahead, initiating conversations and offering help before we even had to ask. Every request we made was handled promptly and efficiently, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Katie organised our tours seamlessly and catered to our specific needs with such ease and attention to detail. Her knowledge, professionalism, spontaneity, and genuine kindness made our experience even more memorable. She is a true asset to Naman Retreat, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. As for Naman Retreat itself, this is far more than just a place to stay—it is a truly unforgettable experience. Four Points by Sheraton Danang

"We had a lovely stay at the Four Points by Sheraton. The staff were incredibly friendly, the buffet breakfast was an easy 10/10, the amenities were excellent, and our room with its beautiful beach view was stunning. The reason for my 4-star review comes down to two things. Firstly, the elevators were extremely slow. We regularly waited over 10 minutes just to reach the 8th floor and even had to use the stairs twice. For a 36-floor hotel with four lifts, this was disappointing. Secondly, housekeeping was often very late. We’d leave the room around 7–8 am and return after 4:30 pm to find it still hadn’t been serviced. Aside from these two issues, everything else was fantastic. With improvements to the lifts and housekeeping timing, this would easily be a 5-star hotel."
