"The Haian was amazing - totally checked all the boxes. The room was well appointed & clean - we had an ocean view room with 2 twin beds. We were literally across the street from the beach. The beds were very comfortable & although the hotel mentioned there may be construction noise next door, we didn’t hear it. The inclusive breakfast was outstanding - so many selections from hot foods, made to order noodles, egg station, array of fruit like dragonfruit, guava, etc. and western dishes too. We had a wonderful meal of the northern style combo dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was so reasonable & delicious. The rooftop pool isn’t heated so it was too cold for me to swim in December but other people did take a dip. The pool guy Cuong was so nice & set out pool chairs, towels, drinks, etc. Wow, we felt so taken care of! We had wonderful service at the spa too. Prices are super reasonable & ask for a discount. "

"This resort was top notch. The service was impeccable in every area, from the front desk to room service to pool attendants to the gardeners. The beach and pool amenities were exactly what you would want for a day at the beach. So beautiful! The rooms were clean and bright with fantastic amenities. The food was delicious. We ate at two of the restaurants as well as the Hyatt Club and room service. We will be back. "

"The room was great in a very quiet area. Short walk to a supermarket and restaraunts. The staff was very friendly. The breakfasts on offer were nice but could have been warmer. Also, I think the bathroom floors could do with a large nonslip mat under the shower. Perhaps a stronger light above the mirror as it was very dark for shaving. Otherwise a great place to stay. Thank you."
