Never stay again

The bed was very small, and I couldn't reach the host. The cleaning hadn't been done, and it was an extremely uncomfortable stay. I will never stay at such a place again, and I strongly recommend others to think twice before booking here.

最低です。絶対泊まらない方が良いです。

最低でした。ここはホテルではなく、民泊みたいなところです。 Googleマップでもgrabでもホテル名は出て来ず、THE marqとしか表示されません。 ホーチミン到着時間が21時半と遅く、事前に連絡入れていたのに適当な対応で大丈夫かな？と思っていたら、到着したのに入れてもらえず、外でかなり待たされてやっと入れる始末。子供は泣いていました。 それも外の警備員がカードを渡してきただけで、部屋がどこかも分からず、やっと部屋に辿り着くと部屋の鍵が閉まって出られなくなり、ドアの機械の下見えないところにUNLOCKというのを見つけるまで外に出られず、また子供泣いてました。 チェックアウトでレセプション（タワーA）に行ったら誰もおらず、タワーBの女性にカードキー渡そうとしたら「レターボックスに入れろ」と冷たく言われ、レターボックスを探したが見つからず、仕方なくタワーAのレセプションに鍵を置いて出ました。酷い宿なのでその鍵を置いたところはビデオに撮りました。 本当に絶対泊まらないでください。ここはホテルではなく、最低な宿です。
