一人旅で利用しましたが、とても安心して快適に過ごすことができました。 まずスタッフの対応が素晴らしく、入口が階段になっているのですが、到着時も帰りもすぐに気づいて荷物を運んでくれました。 どのスタッフも笑顔で、私の拙い英語にも丁寧に対応してくれて、常に最善を尽くしてくれているのが伝わり、とても安心感がありました。チェックイン前・チェックアウト後に無料で荷物を預かっていただけたのも助かりました。 ウェルカムドリンクのフルーツジュースが美味しく、部屋にもお水のボトルやフルーツのサービスがあり、細やかな気遣いが嬉しかったです。海外だとないことの多い歯ブラシも用意されていました。 お部屋はとても清潔で美しく、清掃が行き届いていました。バスタブはありませんが、シャワーはしっかり熱いお湯が出て、水圧も十分で快適でした。トイレの床が水で濡れることもありませんでした。 立地も非常に良く、周辺にはGS25やセブンイレブンなどのコンビニや夜遅くまで営業しているお店が多く、便利でした。夜でも明るく人通りがあるため安心して過ごせます。中心部にあり、主要な観光地やショッピングセンターへも徒歩でアクセスできるのが魅力です。 朝食も利用しましたが、温かい状態で提供され、日替わりのベトナム料理もとても美味しく、日本人の口にも合う味付けでした。フルーツやヨーグルト、パン、ワッフルなどもあり、内容も十分でした。 ホテルに長時間滞在するというより、身軽に観光を楽しみたい方、中心部でも治安や清潔さを重視したい方、日本人が多すぎない落ち着いた環境を求める方に特におすすめです。

窓のあるお部屋にして頂き、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 ベッドも浴室もお部屋も清潔で快適。 強いて言えば、ヘアコンディショナーが無いので(シャワージェルとシャンプーのみ)ご注意くださいませ。あとは、通りに面している部屋だと、向かいのミュージックバーのカラオケがよく聞こえてきます。私は気にならずに眠ってしまいましたが。 独り旅で快適に過ごせました。

とても快適でした。広いベッドに、スーツケースを広げても、かなり余裕がある部屋で、水回りも、シャワーの水がトイレに侵食して来ない快適さでした。 水とちょっとしたフルーツのサービスがありました。 フロントも、ドアマンもとても親切で、会うたびに笑顔で対応していただき、とても嬉しかったです。 ベンタイン市場のすぐ近くで、飲食店も多く、とても過ごしやすかったです。 ベトナムはとても暑いので、休憩できるホテルが行動範囲に近いと最高だと、実感しました。また利用したいです。

ホテルのロケーションは素晴らしく、街の中心地に位置します。周りにはコンビニや様々な飲食店などがあり、食事には困りません。 ホテルに面する道路は交通量も比較的少なかったと思うので、夜も静かに過ごすことができました。クーラーも良く効きました。 スタッフの皆さんも大変親切で、とても快適に過ごす事ができました。 1点、気になるとすれば、設備全般が少し古いですが、清掃には毎日入ってくれて、とても清潔な状態を保っていただいたので、特に不満はありませんでした。 あと、アメニティはシャンプーとボディジェルはありましたが、コンディショナーはありません。 ガウン等もなかったので、宿泊の際は部屋着があると便利かと思います。
