- Our place is suitable for short and long-term stay, especilly for travellers or teachers who work in Go Vap district. The house is in a pretty local area, just walking distance to convenient store, surrounded with cafes, shopping malls. It is an advantage if you can drive a motorbike.
Electricity in Vietnam is 220V/50Hz. European style plug (2 round pins).

The space
Your private zone will include a bathroom and working space. The sun shines on your balcony every morning.
The space brand new and mod, we just finished renovating this sweet rooms for rent! We provide hot water, AC, free Wi-Fi, and a fully stocked kitchen so you can bring home groceries and keep snacks on hand.
All necessary amenities are provided with fully furnished kitchen where you can prepare your own meal.
If you are a tourist, you will like it here because of its central location, near the airport and easy to go to district 1, 12, Binh Thanh.
If you are business man, this room is also a private office
We provide the coffee pot for your morning cup of joe, dishes, utensils, pots and pans.
Towels, bathroom necessities, and the coziest queen bed await you.

In addition to having 24/7 access to the room at any time! Just simply make yourself at home. ;)

During your stay
- I respect the privacy of our guests, but are available if there is anything you need help.
- My phone is with me 24/24 so don't hesitate to message me on anytime you need help.
Other things to note
- In Vietnam, the electricity is 220V and the power plug uses 2 round pins.
- You can get a internet SIM card at the airport: look for the shop Vinaphone all the way to the left before you exit international terminal.
- Please remember to check your visa requirement. If you need a visa then it's a good idea to get it sorted out a few weeks before your trip.
- All tourism accommodation establishments have to register guests’ information every night to the police as per Vietnamese law. We will need to make a photocopy (or photograph) of your passport's first page for registration purpose.
- Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children; however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
