Good value for money!

This hotel has been for more than 10 years as well as the facilities, I will not complain much as the price is value for money. the location is good as it is in district one as such it is convenient to reach out to restaurants and places of interests in the central district. The staff are very friendly and attentive to guests.

The worst hotel I been stay before

Dishonest staffs, my brother left his mobile phone at counter and they hide it. Then they made story said maybe leave it in the car. Lucky we made a call and the phone ring, my brother recognized the ring tone. They said they don't know anything and act innocent, to prevent any trouble, we just paid a little tips and take the phone back...The room condition worst, with cockroach. When checkout, they claim we consumed the drink in fridge, but my mum and I didn't take any drink. We argued and they insist we got to paid, I just paid and leave the hotel with anger

its ok for what it is

What ever the chef was cooking the smell almost made me vomit. Im not sure if the charge for laundry was honest or not and the only way to get the ac working was the climb on a chair and poke it Having said this it is being done up so i wouldt mind coming back in 6 months in fairness its ok but there is better

Very mediocre but it was fine

Hotel staff are casual but friendly. Got up to the room and there was a bad cigarette smell in our room, the room was clean enough but didnt have the clean fresh feeling most hotels do. Location was fine so it made up for everything, it is fine to stay here if it's what your budget is looking for.

벤탄 시장과 인근 핫포인트에 매우 가까워서 이동에 매우 편리합니다.

노후 건물이지만, 직원들의 친절과 미소, 웃음이 편하게 다가옵니다. 특히 아침 식사가 아주 훌륭합니다. 따뜻한 쌀국수와 다양한 메뉴가 있어서 지금까지 다녀본 다른 2-3성급 호텔 중에서는 아침 식사가 단연 최고였습니다. 호텔의 위치는 여행자에게는 최상의 포인트입니다.

Noicy hotel next to a 24 hours busy roundabout

Luggages kept in room were searched. Money stolen. Bed sheet not always changed. Dirty towels, etc etc.

the hotel is located in good location, but the customer service is so TERRIBLE. There is no hot water at night. If you want to have a room for your vacation, then don't book this hotel because they canceled my room anytime without notifying me. The hotel manager did not bother to explain or call back when I called them. I had to run around with my babies at last minutes to book another hotel :((

위치는 정말 최고입니다.

반딴마켓,중앙우체국,대통령궁,노트르담성당까지 전부 걸어서 다닐정도로 위치는 최고입니다. 호텔옆으로 마트도 있고 로컬식당도 있고 좋습니다. 위치보고 선택하면 실수는 없지만 나머지는 금액만큼입니다. 호텔직원들은 남자직원을 비롯 친절합니다.

Very central

The hotel was tidy but not fab...the day we arrive the were working on our floor. Which is the top. The walkway was chocker with stuff. Feel a bit unsave if there was a fire. They did clean up by the time we return at night.

Cheap but low-standard hotel

There was no Hot water at all throughout our stay, the best temperature we got was room temperature! Hot water is something very important to me, especially as the nights can get quite chilly. The bellboy is the ONLY room service staff out of office hours! He is very helpful but not easy to catch at night! the breakfast is absolute trash. it taste like garbage and i literally felt like barfing after ingesting it.

Terrible room

When I check in, they took our passports and after 30 min they are still not ready to return them to us. The room is far from what is shown online. The wall is moldy. The aircon leaks. Shown online that it's a family room for 6 people but there's only 1 queen size bed n 2 super singles. More suitable for 4 adults. Mattress needs a change - could feel the spring in it. Toilet has a permanent sewer smell. Breakfast is simple and acceptable to me. One of the staff at the breakfast shows attitude.

Unpleasant experience

The bathroom in the first room we were given smelled like a sewer and was visited by huge cockroaches. The odour began to permeate the entire room.That room should not be considered acceptable for guests. Although the front desk staff did readily change our room, our lasting impression was of a shabby hotel best avoided. There are lots of other hotels in that area to choose from.
