"My friend and I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. This was my second stay, following my visit last year, and this time we stayed in a twin room (no breakfast).
I chose this hotel mainly because I wanted to show my friend the city (Matsumoto), and its location made it very convenient to get around the city center on foot. The staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive, which made for a very pleasant stay.
As a business hotel, it offered everything I needed and more. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience that left me wanting to stay here again on my next visit to Matsumoto."
