"Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great very near at the Train Station. I would recommend to friends, and we’ll definitely stay again if we come back in katsuta."

"Room cleaning has three levels, No clean, Eco Clean then full clean you can opt foe either with a sticker placed on your door each morning. Ecven with No clean you will receive a bag with a full set of towels bottle of water a d clean pjs. Hotel could hardly be closer to Mito station, just 2 mins walk. All the shopping you need within walking distance. The bus station is close by too "
