ヒストリック・アップタウン・レキシントン ホテル

「For this area, this hotel will fit the bill. The staff was friendly. The food for breakfast was good as well and the people working the buffet were great. The issue we had was that our air conditioner was making a lot of noise. We told the desk about it and the manager called us back and offered to move us a different room that was two doubles opposed to the King / Larger room we had. They chose not to fix it and the front desk that since it’s getting close to winter, they will probably...

「Mold in the sink and shower. Shower was dirty. Unpleasant smells everywhere on the hotel. Continental Breakfast was very sad. No cream cheese for bagels, juice was watery, and only peach or Trix flavors for yogurt.」

「I have never written a negative review, so if I'm writing one, it was pretty bad. Floor was so dirty it looked like it hadn't been swept in a week. Also needed mopped, floor just felt greasy. Toilet needed fixed, wasn't stable and water was leaking through the floor in the bathroom. Shower was just dirty to the point both my wife and I didn't want to use it. The sheets and pillow cases were still damp when we checked in. No trash cans in the room. Crumbs all over the only chair. TV...

「Breakfast was wonderful. Rooms were clean and updated. Would stay here again.」

「The staff was so very kind and helpful!」

「The internet and t.v didn't work. They have an indoor pool, but was so dirty and metal grab bars were broke and rusted. I paid extra to stay here due to the pool. And to say I was disappointed is a understatement.」

「コンディショナーが補充されていなくて、困った。」

「I just needed a nice quiet hotel to stay at overnight. It was just that! Anna, at the front desk gave me all the information for me when I checked it. The shower was nice, the tub big and I liked the tub had a grip for guests to hold on to! I did buy the breakfast buffet because I had to leave very early, but, I am sure it was nice also...」

「Breakfast was terrible」

「Great place to stay, highly recommend!」

「Clean hotel and great breakfast buffet!!」

「lovely old hotel, room was nice, but not as pretty as other rooms we stayed in. only one coffee set up in a room for two. Breakfast was good, but coffee was really weak, and food/offerings were not as nice as on last visit in March. Shower/tub needs anti-slip strips under foot.」
