「シーマスにある歴史ある？ホテル。繁華街まで２００ｍ位、海まで８００ｍという立地のよいホテルです。といってもとても静かで、お庭もきれいでした。エレベーターがないのか年配の私たちに階段の上り下りの少ない部屋を提供してくれました。日程の関係で翌朝７時には出立しなければいけなかったので、８：４５からの朝食を食べることが出来なくてとても残念でした。」

「The family room overlooking the sea on the second floor was spacious, with comfortable beds and lots of little extras in the room to make us feel welcome. The Inn's accommodation is above a large and busy restaurant, which was cheery, not leery, and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again.」

「The location was great for our purposes and the parking was good. Breakfasts were excellent, there was a nice patio and garden out the back. Well-run family B&B. The principal negatives were the noise (our suite overlooked the main road) and the very spasmodic Wi-Fi. At this price point it was disappointing.」

「The location was very good. The double room booked was very small with a smaller than average double bed. Most disappointing was the very stained and dirty looking carpet. The bedding and towels were good quality and the new bathroom was nice with a good hot shower. The carpet spoiled the whole experience for me」

「Great location with ample free parking, and close to the beach. The room was immaculate and quiet. In all very relaxing, and the service at the bar from Mike was excellent, as well as reception staff. We had a lovely evening meal although we decided to eat out on the terrace and not in the restaurant due to the glorious weather. Couldn't fault the hotel at all. Would not hesitate to stay again.」

「Lovely staff, spotless hotel, and superb seafront location. Even our dog was given a breakfast sausage. Very friendly and welcoming. My only concern was that the hotel is advertised as having parking. Technically yes this is correct but it’s extremely limited and we were told it’s not available after booking.」

「Perfectly situated for both the town and the beach. Clean, comfortable room. There was great speed and efficiency at breakfast and dinner - well-staffed so no waiting. Had a quiz one evening and great musical entertainment on another.」

「　朝食が美味しい。特にベーコンが美味しい。朝は鳥がさえずる音で目が覚めます。かやぶき屋根の家に泊まれました。 車を利用するとアクセスがよい。バスでもエクセターから１５分の距離です。降りる場所が難しいのが難点。近郊の小さな町へのバスのアクセスもよい。」

「The key was collected from the shop serving the petrol station which I didn’t know at the time. There is a Greggs and Subway which is very handy for food etc. also the garage station is a Londis which sells items as well. The actual rooms are located behind the building of Greggs and Subway hidden away from the main public area and road. My room was clean and the bathroom was clean and functional. Unfortunately the Roman blinds at the windows you couldn’t open and close which doesn’t...

「Very convenient hotel in centre of town. Onsite parking, nice big rooms and nice bed. No aircon, but staff went out of their way to provide a fan on request! Good breakfast. Large outside seating area, but unfortunately next to the car park so not very atmospheric. Entertainment provided by lots of seagulls - guard your chips!」

「The location was great, and tranquil/ quiet, yet easy to get to Exeter and Exmouth. Lovely hotel seemed top quality. We stayed in a 4 bedroom lodge which was great. Gym was top quality, and swimming etc. housekeeping staff really nice and friendly. Overall it was a great stay, want to stay again soon」
